REEL Ladies is a great organization for female filmmakers. They provide a COMMUNITY for women in film & entertainment who share their stories, showcase their work and network with like minded women.

She Stuffs – Doritos Crash the Super Bowl submission 2008

Last year we entered the Doritos Crash the Super Bowl contest.

Of course the winner’s video was amazing and I believe they ended up winning a million dollars. But this was a fun shoot. It was pulled together in like a day and a half. Barney’s Beanery was really cool and let us shoot there for free which was great! So it only cost like $50 worth of Doritos to shoot. Yes. I bought way too many bags.

Why Gays Should be Allowed to Marry!

Because they love! They love just like any heterosexual couple loves.  In some cases they love more.

AND because they have the excuse to NOT commit to marriage yet still desperately desire the RIGHT too commit to marriage!

How many straight men can you say the same thing about? Honestly?

But let’s say you are a married couple who opposes gay marriage, for whatever reason, but most likely it is religious.  Let me ask you this: If a gay couple down the street marries is that really going to effect the quality of YOUR marriage? Is it? Think about this deeply. Is it? Is God going to see your union as LESS THEN?

If you believe that it will diminish the value of your own marriage then you possibly may be limiting your scope of both Jesus and God.

If you are a Christian you will know that Jesus loves everyone and that the trinity respects and loves all people.  I was raised Christian and Lord knows that I have been far from exemplary.. but the little bit I learned in my Episcopalian upbringing is that it is not our place to judge or decide.  In essence I am saying worry about the cleanliness of your own house before you decide who else deserves to live in a house.
