Hollywood Independent FEATURED “The Shoe Show”

Name says it all

They call themselves Tomboys in Fishnets — a group of six very talented West Hollywood women performing hilarious and rapid-fire sketches live on stage at the Zephyr Theatre in Hollywood. Director Garry Marshall “loved” last year’s show “Hollywood,” which was recommended by the LA Weekly, which called it “take-no-prisoners comedy that’s so funny it hurts.”

In their latest and third all original production “The Shoe Show,” Tomboys in Fishnets continues to do what they do best — skewering male stereotypes without leaving a bitter feminist aftertaste.

“They don’t just talk about men — they do what no other female group does… they become them,” one reviewer wrote.
